Our policy is always to offer repairs to existing windows and doors whenever possible before suggesting new replacements. This is often the most cost-effective option and is always better for the environment as it saves on waste.
We take great pride in our customer service. When you contact us, we arrange an appointment to inspect any windows and doors that you may wish to replace or have repaired. We will then discuss the best course of action with you and advise on the styles and configurations we believe will look good, achieve the desired result, and meet building regulations.

We provide a full, detailed quotation for you, which can be given to you over the phone, and a hard copy will be sent by post or email. All our installations include a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee.
We believe customers should not be pressured to make a decision, which is why we do not provide the quotation whilst we are at your premises. This way, you can study our proposals at your leisure before deciding. We quote the price for the job, not an inflated price, from which we will offer discounts to win your business. And it is not our practice to chase customers over the phone to confirm their order. Our objectives are to make it easy to do business with us and delight you with the results.
